Broadcaster Settings

“ Now that you have created you’re Broadcaster account, directly log in to get to the Broadcaster interface. All major functions will be handled here for the station. The information created for the station will allow access to the Broadcaster account only and will not see your Network information. This is ideal for leasing your stations out “

Home

“ This section will allow you create channels & stations., View station stats, edit track request options, review and reset top track list and track statistics “

Main

·         Top Left Blue Box: Minimizes left side bar

·         Top Left Station name / Down arrow: Shows list of your stations

·         Top Left Stop/Start Server: Stop or Stop Server

·         Top Left Edit: Edit Radio server details

·         Top Right counter: Current Time 

·         Top Right arrow: Log Out account

·         Recent Tracks: Shows recently played tracks and navigation options

·         Listeners statistics: Shows times and amount of listeners for the past few hours, days and weeks.

Title: Type Station Name

Music Genre: Type Music Genre

Url Address: Type Station address

Description: Type stations brief description.

“ Create stream channels to broadcast your streams. Create different streams for different options as lower signal for weaker connections, formats and more. “

·         Add Channel: Add a stream channel

·         Edit: Edit stream channel

·         Remove: Remove stream channel

·         Stats: View stream channel stats “ Log in info in settings tab last section “

·         Admin: Shoutcast / icecast admin section “ log in info under link “

·         Slider: Make stream channel on-line or off-line

Add / Edit Channel

“ First channel type was selected earlier during network settings. Shoutcast is recommended.”

While on the dashboard select add channel blue button in the bottom righter corner.

General

·         Bitrate: Select Bitrate

·         Listeners: Select listener amount

·         Server Type: Select server type

·         Audio coding format: Select audio format

Advanced

·         Public: Make Stream Public

·         Enable port 80 proxy: Let listener view from behind fire walls

Youtube

“This info will come from your youtube account”

Stream Logo: Select image shown on screen

Server Url: Enter server email

Stream Key: Enter stream key

Enable: Enable or disable stream

Listeners World Map

-          Plus & Minus: Zoom in and out world map

-          Refresh: Refresh stats

 

Track Request

Track Request Queue: View tracks request and navigation options. Remove from order and change order.

Requestable tracks: Choose which tracks you can and can not select and navigation options.

 

Top Tracks

Best performing tracks: View the top rated songs and reset options.

Worst performing tracks: View worst performing tracks and reset stats.

 

Track Statistics

·         Select date range: Select time period to view stats

·         Track: Track name

·         Playouts: Amount of times played

·         Export excel: Download spread sheet of stats

Playlist

·         All music: Location of all your files located on your server & default playlist

·         Shuffle: Enable / Disable playlist to shuffle files.

·         Rename: Rename Playlist

·         Plus symbol Add files: Add files to current playlist

·         Play symbol Start broadcasting: Start broadcasting your playlist

·         Double file: Copy playlist

·         File Export to excel: Export playlist to excel sheet.

 

New Playlist

“Create a new playlist to be played with your music or podcasts “

·         Title: Select playlist title

·         Shuffle: Enable / Disable playlist shuffle

·         Import m3u playlist: Import M3U playlist

Add Files

Edit playlist

·         Select All Music or created playlist from Playlist menu.

·         Select add files from Edit Playlist screen.

( Will use when tracks are uploaded )

·         Tags: Edit Artist & title

·         Edit:  Edit tracks information

·         Remove: remove File

 

Add files to playlist

“ This is where you will upload your files to your station you can create folders also in the dictionary tree “

·         Upload: Drag and drop files or press upload button and select files.

·         Clear: Clear uploaded files

·         Add selected files to playlist: Create playlist from selected files.

·         Create sub-folder:  Create sub-folder for files

·         Remove selected: Removed selected item

Edit Files & Tracks

“ In edit playlist select edit on a track or file if you need to edit information or add track image“

Artist: Type artist name

Title: Song title and featured artist / Podcast episode name

Genre: Select genre

Performance type: Write performance type

Composer: Type composer name

Another Author: Insert other producers

Publisher: Insert Publisher

Album: Insert album name

Year: Insert song release year

Track Image: Select track image

Allow: Allow or disallow track being playable

Schedule

Broadcasting Schedule: View by month, week, day. Edit and erase events

New events: Create a new event to be automated

·         Select add New event from Schedule menu

·         Name: Name of event

·         Event Type: Select event type Repeating / Happens Once

·         Start relay: Start customizing relay

·         Select Playlist: Select playlist for event

·         Playlist playback mode: Select from circular / Play once to end

·         Interrupt track: Stop track currently playing at set time

·         Play jingles: Play jingles During broadcast

·         Play Song Request: Play strong request during broadcast

·         Color: Choose color of event

·         Start Time: Choose start time / Days broadcasting “Only repeating events “

Dj’s

“ You can create remote Dj’s to broadcast live to your stations “

·         Active: Make DJ Active / Inactive

·         Edit: Edit current DJ

·         Next Track: Move to the next track on playlist 

Add new Dj

·         Image: Select Image of DJ

·         Name: Create name of DJ

·         Active: Make Dj active / inactive
